The 4000mAh NOAA Emergency Weather Radio with Hand Crank & Solar Charging combines weather information, emergency lighting, backup charging and multiple power options in one portable preparedness radio. Designed for power outages, severe weather, camping and emergency kits, it provides AM/FM/weather-band reception along with an SOS alarm and several lighting options.

NOAA Weather & AM/FM Radio

Stay informed with AM, FM and weather-band reception. The radio supports 7 NOAA weather channels to help you access local weather information and emergency broadcasts during severe weather and outages.

4000mAh Rechargeable Battery

A built-in 4000mAh rechargeable battery powers the radio and lighting functions while also providing USB emergency charging for compatible mobile devices.

The supplier states up to approximately 33 hours of operation, depending on the function and operating conditions. A comparable listing with the same specifications also states up to 33 hours.

Multiple Emergency Power Options

The radio can be powered or recharged using its built-in rechargeable battery, USB charging, integrated solar panel or hand crank. USB charging should be used as the primary charging method, while solar and hand-crank charging provide valuable supplemental options when conventional power isn't available.

Three Lighting Functions

The radio incorporates multiple lighting options for different situations, including a 1W high-beam LED flashlight, COB area light and six reading lights.

SOS Emergency Alarm

A built-in SOS alarm provides an audible signal for attracting attention during an emergency.

Portable Emergency Design

The compact ABS housing weighs approximately 0.9 lb, making the radio easy to store in an emergency kit, bug-out bag, vehicle or camping equipment. An IPX3 water-resistance rating provides protection against light water exposure.

Important Use Information

Fully charge the internal battery by USB before placing the radio into an emergency kit or long-term storage. Periodically check and recharge the battery so the unit is ready when needed.

Treat the solar panel and hand crank as supplemental/emergency charging methods, rather than replacements for normal USB charging.

The 4000mAh battery can provide emergency charging to compatible mobile devices, but actual charging performance depends on the connected device and remaining battery capacity.

An IPX3 rating does not mean waterproof or submersible. Protect the radio from heavy rain, immersion and prolonged water exposure.

Radio and NOAA reception varies according to location, terrain, buildings, interference and antenna positioning.
