VEVOR 1100 lb Rope Pulley Hoist with 100 FT Rope & 5:1 Lifting Ratio

Make lifting and positioning heavy equipment more manageable with the VEVOR Rope Pulley Hoist. This block-and-tackle system features 100 feet of polyester rope, durable metal pulleys, a 5:1 mechanical advantage, and a manufacturer-rated working load of 1,100 pounds.

Designed for utility lifting around garages, workshops, campsites, and outdoor work areas, the hoist includes two soft loop straps and a convenient storage bag.

Features & Benefits

1,100 lb Recommended Working Load

The pulley hoist has a manufacturer-rated working load of 1,100 pounds (500 kg) for suitable lifting applications when properly installed and operated.

4,400 lb Breaking Strength

The manufacturer specifies a breaking strength of 4,400 pounds (2 tons). This is a material strength specification, not the permissible lifting capacity.

5:1 Mechanical Advantage

The block-and-tackle configuration provides a theoretical 5:1 mechanical advantage, helping reduce the pulling force required to raise heavy objects. Actual effort depends on friction, setup, and operating conditions.

100 FT Polyester Rope

Includes 100 feet of approximately 6 mm diameter polyester rope designed for utility lifting applications.

Metal Pulley Construction

Features galvanized steel housing and metal pulley components designed to provide strength and resistance to corrosion during normal use.

Forged Locking Hooks

Equipped with reinforced hooks for securing the pulley system to suitable rated attachment points.

Two Soft Loop Straps

Includes two approximately 18-inch soft loop straps to assist with securing suitable loads and attachment arrangements.

Pre-Assembled Pulley System

The pulley system arrives pre-assembled for convenient setup. Always inspect the rope, hooks, pulleys, and mounting points before use.

Convenient Storage Bag

An included storage bag helps keep the pulley system and accessories organized between uses.

Important Use Information

Maximum Working Load: Never exceed the manufacturer's recommended working load of 1,100 pounds (500 kg). The 4,400-pound breaking strength is not a safe working load rating.

Lifting Safety: Use only with properly rated and secured attachment points, anchors, hooks, and supporting structures. All components of the lifting arrangement must be suitable for the intended load.

Not for Human Lifting: Never use this product to lift, lower, suspend, or support people. Do not use it for climbing, fall protection, or rescue operations.

Suspended Loads: Never stand, walk, or work beneath a suspended load. Keep other people clear of the lifting area.

Load Security: Balance and secure loads before lifting. Avoid sudden movements, shock loading, and side loading.

Inspection: Examine the rope for fraying, cuts, abrasion, and deterioration before each use. Inspect the hooks, pulleys, straps, and housing for cracks, deformation, or other damage.

Operating Conditions: Do not use damaged equipment or operate the hoist beyond the limits stated in the manufacturer's instructions.

Mechanical Advantage: The 5:1 lifting ratio represents theoretical mechanical advantage. Actual pulling effort varies with friction, rope routing, and load conditions.

Storage: Clean and dry the rope and metal components after use. Store the equipment in a dry location away from excessive heat, chemicals, and sharp objects.

Instructions: Read and follow the manufacturer's operating and safety instructions before installing or using the hoist.
